Release Forms

Here is my release forms for each character. Release forms allow permission from the actors and sets out to them exactly what they will be doing and where. This is done to avid any confusion and misinterpretations. Actors starring in your film will have this document at hand if any problems occur. Release forms can sometimes be used in public places, where members of the public give consent to for you to film them. It ensures the protection and safety of anyone in your shot.
